Senior LevelREVEL SEARCH® is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Construction Project Superintendent to join their dynamic team. The role involves managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement detailed project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and requirements are understood and followed
Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address issues, and communicate project updates
Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring work is carried out in accordance with project plans and specifications
Monitor and manage subcontractor performance, providing guidance and support as needed
Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel
Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet project standards and specifications
Implement and maintain a comprehensive quality control program
Address and resolve any issues or defects in a timely and effective manner
Work closely with the project manager to monitor and control project budgets
Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies without compromising quality
Keep accurate records of all on-site expenditures
Act as the primary point of contact for all on-site activities, fostering positive relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients
Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders
Communicate effectively with project management to address any issues and ensure a smooth workflow
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Construction Project Superintendent or similar role
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and drawings
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
OSHA 10 or 30-Hour Certification
