Responsibilities

Leading and shaping complex security‑related business processes and systems
The role defines and implements the enterprise’s AI security and governance strategy, including AI threat modeling, secure model development standards, and lifecycle governance. It requires someone who can influence large, cross‑functional initiatives and embed security‑by‑design across AI systems and data pipelines
Acting as a liaison between Information Security, technology teams, and non‑technical stakeholders
The position partners extensively with AI, engineering, DevSecOps, enterprise architecture, legal, compliance, and executive leadership. It also represents AI security in governance committees, executive briefings, and regulatory discussions
Translating security and technical requirements into clear business language
Core competencies required is the ability to contextualize AI risks (e.g., model drift, adversarial attacks, regulatory requirements) into meaningful business impacts and policy direction
Providing leadership and oversight across large, high‑visibility initiatives
This is a senior leader role driving enterprise‑wide AI governance, risk, and compliance; securing AI/ML infrastructures; overseeing red‑teaming efforts; and ensuring alignment with major regulatory frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, etc.)
This position requires a candidate with deep AI/ML technical acumen, cybersecurity leadership experience, and the ability to build AI governance programs from the ground up—not just a traditional InfoSec process leader. Strong understanding of adversarial ML, model protection, MLOps/LLMOps, and emerging AI risk frameworks is critical
