Responsibilities

Lead a team of HR Business Partners and partner with HR centers of expertise across various disciplines
Support the strategic development and execution of talent related priorities and desired business outcomes
Create value by understanding the business and implementing world-class people strategies and solutions that deliver on objectives
Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging
Focus on team member engagement, retention, organizational structure, change management, strategic workforce planning, and succession planning
Act as a change agent, anticipating human capital related needs and developing integrated solutions
Formulate partnerships across the business to deliver value-added service

Required

4 Year / Bachelors Degree
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of ten years of human resources or related experience
Five years Experience with executive level consultation across multiple human capital domains to include organizational design and optimization, team member engagement, retention strategies, and performance management
Five years Experience in managing and implementing projects and strategic change initiatives
Experience in providing consultative services

LEADERSHIP - Leader who exemplifies the strategic, consultative HR model. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management who is highly driven for results, analytical, detail oriented and adept at working with data and metrics
COMMUNICATION - Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and ability to draft clear, concise communications and documents. Expresses information (ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, considering the audience and nature of the information (technical, sensitive, confidential). Listens to others and their nonverbal cues and responds appropriately
ADAPTABILITY - Maintains change readiness, resilience, and flexibility to meet evolving business needs. Adaptability includes successfully navigating volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous scenarios

Preferred

Graduate Degree
Five years People leadership/management in a highly matrixed environment
Health care or related field experience
Merger and Acquisition experience
PHR or SPHR or other Human Resource Certification
Bilingual in Spanish/ English
