Responsibilities
Conduct structured phone and online conversations with prospective contacts
Follow defined qualification, account management, and communication processes
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and internal tools
Manage follow-up activity and next steps in a timely, professional manner
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
Comfort working within structured processes, systems, and workflows
Reliable follow-through and effective time management
Experience in sales, inside sales, account management, hospitality leadership, retail management, customer service, or similar people-facing environments
Ability to work independently in a remote-based role
