Qualification
Required
Seven or more years of substantive transactional experience in a midsized firm practice group or very busy boutique corporate M&A firm
Strong organization skills
Sound judgment
Ability to anticipate next steps
Experience coordinating directly with attorneys and counterparties
Ability to manage matters through completion with minimal supervision
Experience handling a steady flow of corporate and M&A matters, including asset and stock acquisitions, divestitures, and reorganizations
Ability to manage multiple live matters while maintaining accuracy and consistency
