Responsibilities

Partner with other dispatchers and fleet managers to plan and carry out shipping operations

Assist with developing daily operating plan with emphasis on achieving established department KPI’s

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the overall efficiency and success of business operations to meet company demands and expectations

Communicate effectively with customers, drivers, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Required

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment

Ability to work full-time, in-office

Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration or a similar degree

Must maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher
