Retail Media Manager
Gawronski Media is a paid media agency focused on Food & Beverage/CPG brands located in Madison, WI. They are seeking a Retail Media Manager responsible for launching, optimizing, and reporting on campaign results across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail media platforms and a dynamic attitude to adapt quickly to maximize performance.

Responsibilities
The candidate MUST have a deep understanding of Instacart, 8451, Walmart Connect, Criteo etc
Understanding the nuances, and technicalities of each platform and how to communicate our optimizations to clients and how it is effecting their budget
The ability to make daily adjustments to the campaigns based on data and insights. We don't "set it and forget it", we are constantly adapting and making every move we can to maximize performance
A dynamic, scrappy attitude. As a startup, our strength is our ability to move fast, and make quick recommendations to our clients to maximize results
Excitement and interest in the Food and Beverage category. We want someone who is always paying attention to what is on the shelf, and always in the loop of whats trending
Ibotta experience is a plus
3+ Years of working in Paid Media at an Agency
Retail Media experience is an absolute must
Qualification
Required
