Senior Level, Lead/Staff, Director/ExecutiveINTERDEPENDENT is a next-generation film and media studio developing a permanent production platform that integrates traditional filmmaking with modern technology. They are seeking a Head of Production to lead physical production across multiple feature films, overseeing production strategy, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and execution.

Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of physical production across multiple feature films
Lead budgeting, scheduling, and cost control in collaboration with finance and development
Establish scalable production systems, workflows, and best practices
Supervise line producers, UPMs, production managers, and department leadership
Coordinate staffing across productions to ensure continuity and efficiency
Partner with creative leadership to balance creative ambition with operational discipline
Oversee production planning across PA, NY, and CA jurisdictions
Support build-out and operation of the Pennsylvania studio campus
Manage vendor relationships, unions, and production service partners
Ensure productions are delivered on time, on budget, and at studio quality standards
Qualification
Required
Senior experience in physical production (studio, network, or independent features)
Strong background in budgeting, scheduling, and multi-project oversight
Experience managing production teams across multiple shows or films
Comfortable operating in a build-phase environment
Strong leadership presence with clear communication style
Ability to balance creative priorities with operational rigor
Interest in long-term studio building rather than short-term freelance cycles
