Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, including hardware engineers, manufacturing engineers, technicians, etc
Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and create effective hiring strategies
Source passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, and industry-specific networks
Conduct technical screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Provide a positive and seamless experience for every candidate throughout the recruiting process
Stay up-to-date on tech industry trends, market changes, and competitive landscape
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
