Responsibilities
Organizing daily activities based on the goals of the organization
Devising new programs that support the organization’s objectives
Coming up with sustainable pricing goals for the organization
Working with other departments to develop pricing and responses to RFP’s
Evaluating and assessing the programs’ strengths and weaknesses
Monitoring projects and overseeing projects to ensure goals are met
Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
Working with operations and the sales team to improve strategies that revolve around pricing of new business
Performs additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is preferred
M.B.A. with a concentration in Transportation and Business Logistics preferred
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
Strong working knowledge of Excel (advanced), Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
ESRI – ArcGis
Work Wave Route Manager
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
Must meet hiring eligibility requirements
