Account Executive

Lift King Products is dedicated to delivering high-quality specialty products to the collision and repair industry. They are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to grow and manage customer relationships while focusing on retaining existing accounts and developing new business through outbound sales efforts.

Responsibilities

Generate new business through cold calling and lead generation
Build and maintain client relationships to foster loyalty and upselling opportunities
Conduct product demonstrations while clearly communicating features and benefits
Collaborate with marketing on promotions, campaigns, and trade show support
Provide customers with order updates, shipping information, and product support
Track sales activity and customer interactions using Excel and Outlook
Represent Lift King at trade shows
Conduct customer surveys and market research to identify trends and opportunities
Stay informed on product updates, competitors, and market trends

Required

Sales experience, preferably in a technical or equipment-based environment
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales

Preferred

Experience in collision repair, automotive, or equipment sales
Account management experience
Understanding of collision shop operations and challenges
