Responsibilities
Process, verify, and code a high volume of vendor invoices and expense reports
Manage payment runs (checks, ACH, wires) and ensure timely disbursements
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain strong vendor relationships and address inquiries
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (e.g., 1099s)
Checking Balances & Cash Applications would be a strong plus
Qualification
Required
Highly technically skilled in Accounts Payable
Experience with invoice processing
Experience with 1099 processing
Strong knowledge of GL Code
Ability to process, verify, and code a high volume of vendor invoices and expense reports
Experience managing payment runs (checks, ACH, wires) and ensuring timely disbursements
Ability to reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Ability to maintain strong vendor relationships and address inquiries
Knowledge of compliance with company policies and regulatory standards (e.g., 1099s)
Preferred
Experience with Esker (new AP Software)
Checking Balances & Cash Applications would be a strong plus
