They are seeking a BIM Technician to work on complex building industry projects, focusing on BIM Modelling and collaboration with relevant teams.

Responsibilities

Working on both 2D and 3D CAD environments

Using 2D and 3D software including AutoCAD and Revit to integrate product designs to Construction plans & models

Producing accurate BIM models, schedules, Asset & CoBie data / information in line with project requirements and/or BEP in conjunction with other disciplines and sub-contractors

Understanding the Level of Details/Development requirements and procedures / standards for every project

Work with CAD and Projects Team to produce BIM models, data and information at various project stage

BIM coordination and validation

Conduct Clash detection task using Naviswork

Collaborating with clients, engineers, architects and other sub-contractors / trades involved on the project

To upload or link BIM models and information to Common Data Environment (CDE)

Ability to work independently and manage timescales against project plans

Supporting CAD team to extract DWGs from BIM models

Provide awareness of Quality & Environment Policies to personnel working on sites and to comply with the company's procedures and policies
