Control Devices, LLC is a leading designer and manufacturer of flow control valves and related components. The Engineering Intern is primarily responsible for supporting the Product Engineering group with document control, CAD drawing, design work, production testing, and assisting various engineering groups as needed.

Responsibilities

Producing models, assemblies and drawings in SolidWorks

Managing controlled documents

Assisting with production testing

Support manufacturing engineering group as required with testing, designing, and developing new products, tooling, and equipment

Other engineering related tasks as assigned

Required

Actively working towards a Mechanical Engineering degree with at least 30 credit hours completed

Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Experience contributing as an individual and as part of a team

Result oriented with a high commitment level

Develop and manage priorities to ensure timely completion of tasks

Good oral and written communication skills

Self-motivated, good organizational abilities

Preferred

Familiarity with SolidWorks

Experience working in ISO quality systems preferred but not required
