The role involves identifying AI opportunities, managing project backlogs, and coordinating AI initiatives from discovery to deployment while ensuring compliance with AI standards and governance requirements.

Responsibilities
Organise and consolidate the current pipeline of AI requests sent by business teams
Maintain a structured, up-to-date AI project backlog that feeds directly into the Automation team’s delivery roadmap
Conduct process reviews to identify new AI opportunities
Perform initial assessments to determine if a case requires AI
Support AI developers by providing clear business context and structured documentation
Track project progress and ensure timelines, dependencies, and risks are managed
Facilitate UAT sessions, gather feedback, and support business readiness activities
Communicate updates to management
Engage with SMEs to gather detailed requirements
Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes
Deliver training on approved AI tools and create enablement assets (quick-start guides, playbooks, FAQs)
Qualification
Required
University degree required (Business, Engineering, IT, Data, or related fields)
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
2–4 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, project management, continuous improvement or similar roles
Strong communication skills, able to work with diverse teams and stakeholders
Skilled at analysing processes and identifying automation/AI potential
Basic understanding of AI technologies (GenAI, document intelligence, classification, chatbots, OCR)
Organised, able to manage multiple cases simultaneously and comfortable working in ambiguous or undefined environments
Proficiency in documentation, process mapping and preparing structured requirements
