Proactively generate sales by contacting potential and existing customers through calls and visits, building strong relationships to understand their needs and provide suitable plant solutions
Accurately write and process orders, ensuring all customer requirements are met and maintaining detailed records
Coordinate delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient distribution of plant orders, meeting customer expectations
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the plant or horticulture industry
Strong knowledge of plants and plant care
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
