Human Resources Administrative Assistant | Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel
PM Hotel Group is seeking a Human Resources Administrative Assistant for the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel. The HR Administrative Assistant will support the day-to-day HR operations, including administrative tasks, recruiting, and payroll duties.
Responsibilities
Administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, issues parking key cards and more
Assist in the recruiting, screening and interviewing for all non-management hotel positions
Complete payroll and distribute paychecks as needed
Assist with all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with members at all levels of the organization
Ability to embody and exemplify company culture
Preferred
At least 1 years' experience working in human resources
