The role focuses on supporting the U.S. luxury fragrance market through advanced analytics and business intelligence, specifically related to international import and export operations.

Responsibilities
Analyze supply chain, sales, pricing, and inventory data related to international import and export flows
Design, build, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards, data models, and automated reports
Track and optimize KPIs related to import/export performance, lead times, landed costs, margins, and inventory turns
Perform deep-dive analysis across thousands of SKUs and multiple international suppliers
Partner with logistics, customs brokers, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams
Support and optimize overseas sourcing, shipping, customs clearance, and U.S. distribution
Work extensively with ERP data, with a strong emphasis on SAP Business ByDesign
Present insights, risks, and recommendations directly to senior leadership and C-level executives
Qualification
Required
Expert / advanced mastery of Power BI (mandatory)
Executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, automated reporting, DAX, data modeling
Proven experience preparing, presenting, and defending analytical reports to top management and C-level executives
Strong experience in executive reporting with the ability to deliver clear, structured, and fact-based insights
Proven experience in international import and export operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel and solid SQL skills
Experience working with large, complex datasets
Excellent communication skills in an executive and business context
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
French speaking and written fluently (strongly preferred)
Experience with SAP Business ByDesign (preferred)
Experience with Tableau or other BI tools
Experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution analytics
Knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, duties, and customs compliance
