Responsibilities

Manage high-volume incoming phone calls in English and Spanish
Greet and assist a high volume of walk-in visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Coordinate front desk operations and maintain lobby organization
Assist with general inquiries
Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
Support office staff with day-to-day coordination
