TA Services is a company that focuses on moving business forward through various logistics services. They are seeking a Human Resources Intern who will gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, support day-to-day operations, and assist with employee engagement and compliance.

Transportation

Responsibilities

Scan, organize, and upload paper documents for secure digital storage in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Run and support weekly new hire orientation sessions, prepare materials, track attendance, and assist new employees with onboarding requirements

Complete regular audits of digital employee files to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company and regulatory requirements

Assist with recruiting efforts by reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and supporting new hire hiring processes

Assist with maintaining employee records, HR systems, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications

Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including calendar coordination, filing, scanning, and process documentation
