Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Technology Analyst to support and enhance chatbot and translator applications. The role involves maintaining the product lifecycle, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, testing, and collaborating with developers and technical teams while staying updated on emerging technologies like large language models and generative AI.

Responsibilities
Maintain the product lifecycle—writing user stories, requirements, defining acceptance criteria, testing, coordinating releases, handling customer support tickets, managing sprints, collaborating with developers and technical teams, and supporting chatbot and translator SMEs in their operations
Perform user research, customer research, user interviews, quantitative and qualitative analysis, feedback gathering
Conduct surveys, and workshops to gather feedback
Identify user pain points, identify automation opportunities, optimize process to save time and cost
Test business processes and recommend improvements
Collaborate with project/program manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
Convert user research and roadmap features into smaller user stories
Document business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements, acceptance criteria's
Write clear and well-structured business requirements/documents
Prepare wireframes and design mock-ups
Maintain prioritized backlog, define epics, write user stories, translate business needs to actionable requirements, and define acceptance criteria, test cases
Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
Work with technical team to explain requirements and determine the level of efforts
Develop test plans, test cases and test scripts for both fail and pass scenarios
Test the app to ensure developed solutions meet business needs and requirements
Work with the project/program manager for release plan
Prepare for the app for release, document user guide, release notes
Engage with the customers and users to train them with new features
Provide app support to courts users. Resolve/Escalate issues, provide user administration, and answer any questions from users
Assist SMEs with managing content
Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
Create reports, dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Excel
Develop and maintain reporting tool
Create and maintain user guides/manuals, demo videos, and other project artifacts
Collaborate with program/project manager on roadmap planning and prioritization
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders like - business, engineering, project manager, managers, architect, developer, data, legal, UI/UX, and other teams to deliver cutting-edge technologies
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Managing complex relationships among customers and stakeholders on projects which has significant executive oversight
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences
Qualification
Required
Experience in multiple medium to large complex projects
Past experience with chatbots, conversational AI, translation, and speech-to-text (STT) technologies
Experience in working with product development team
Experienced with providing clear goals, responsibilities, and providing measurable performance and feedback
Experience in technical projects, including conflict resolution, issue escalations, status reporting and resource management
Experience working on multiple simultaneous IT programs/projects throughout the entire life cycle from idea, design, development, testing, deployment and support
Experienced with agile methodologies
Proven track record in delivery of on-time, on-budget projects with a high degree of user satisfaction and quality

Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with both technical and non-technical audiences, including creating and presenting executive summaries to steering committees, other executive level leadership and technical committees
Experienced with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and Visio
Experience in Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow
Preferred
Knowledge with Chatbot, Live chat, Translator apps
Knowledge in Google's Speech recognition, Machine Translation, DialogFlow, Text-to-Speech, AI/ML
Subject domain knowledge/experience/expertise in Court processes
Conceptual understanding of Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platforms
Recent experience within the Judicial Branch (Trial Courts or Judicial Council) with projects of a similar type
