Responsibilities
Implementing Nutanix for customers, either on-site or remotely
Aligning travel close to home, but may require national travel when necessary
Participating in training courses and passing exams related to Nutanix certification
Shadowing experienced resources during client implementations and providing support during reverse shadows
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Nutanix OR VMware with certifications, if you don't know Nutanix but want to learn
Demonstrated experience as a client customer advisor, assisting the customer with customer satisfaction primary focus
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent network troubleshooting skills
Effective communication and presentation skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred
Nutanix certifications of NCP or NCS-Core would be ideal
