Assist in planning and executing early talent programs, including onboarding, mentorship, and rotational experiences
Coordinate logistics for on-campus recruitment events, career fairs, and information sessions to strengthen employer brand presence
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency within the Early Talent function
Collect, analyze, and report on program metrics, recruitment trends, and candidate experience insights to inform strategic decisions
Support initiatives related to emerging talent strategy, including market research, competitive benchmarking, and program design enhancements
Partner with internal stakeholders across HR, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of initiatives

Required
