Confidential is a growing service-based organization seeking an Assistant Account Manager to support client relationships and operational needs across an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts. This role involves partnering closely with an Account Manager to ensure service quality and compliance while also providing developmental experience in account management and client-facing leadership.

Responsibilities

Support the Account Manager with oversight of assigned client accounts

Assist with site visits to inspect quality, safety, and staffing levels

Help ensure contractual service standards and KPIs are met

Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients as needed

Assist in responding to client concerns and service issues

Support onboarding, training, and retention of frontline employees

Coordinate staffing needs with Operations and Recruiting teams

Document site activity, issues, and follow-up actions accurately and timely

Participate in after-hours or on-call rotation as required, with support

Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency

Qualification

Required

Previous experience in customer service, operations, or a client-facing role

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on tasks

Comfortable working in a field-based environment

Proficient with basic technology (email, mobile apps, reporting tools)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, depending on market

Preferred

Experience in commercial cleaning, facilities services, or service-based industries
