Entry, Mid LevelSpectra, a subsidiary of Strata Networks, is seeking a Systems Administrator / IT Systems Technician who enjoys problem-solving and working with people. The role involves supporting end users across multiple networks and technologies, ensuring their tools work smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software
Manage workstations, peripheral devices, IP phones, and headsets
Maintain network switches and wireless access points
Support audiovisual and printing equipment
Perform basic Ethernet cabling
Troubleshoot system issues and outages
Provide user orientation and ongoing technical guidance
Perform file backups and restores
Maintain accurate support tickets and documentation
Jump in on other IT projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Clear, friendly communication with both technical and non-technical users
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and security basics
Valid driver's license required
Ability to work with both internal and external clients
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred
Certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, UBTECH IT Certificate, etc.)
