Responsibilities

Manage weekly updates to Templafy based on requests received through the templafy@ email, ensuring templates stay current and accurate

Add, update, and maintain staff bios on the website, following established brand and content standards

Assist the POT team with basic report layout support, including formatting and visual cleanup

Improve asset organization in OpenAsset by adding tags and categorization to increase searchability and usability

Publish simple website content such as blog posts, announcements, and news items using existing content and guidance

Update office TVs with current videos, announcements, and internal content to keep messaging fresh and relevant

Support other Corporate Creative tasks as needed, including light design assistance, content prep, and administrative cleanup
