Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to accounting and property management teams
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including conference room setup and transport of materials
Prepare and format letters, memos, and other correspondence; follow up on document signatures
Sort and distribute incoming mail/packages and operate copiers, scanners, and computers
Maintain, organize and update physical/digital filing systems
Manage data entry, document preparation, and record keeping
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in real estate or property management
High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor's degree would be a plus
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with property management software a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
Professional demeanor, self-directed and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment is required
Preferred
A minimum of 3 years of related work experience in a real estate or property management firm is preferred
