Real Estate Attorney - GA, SC or NC
Law Firm is currently seeking to hire a Real Estate Attorney licensed to practice law in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia. The role involves advising clients in real estate transactions and handling title responsibilities, including document preparation and transaction closings.

Responsibilities
Review title searches
Prepare title certifications and title opinions, and Deeds
Prepare Trust instruments, corporate resolutions, Promissory Notes, Mortgages, Easements
Review real estate contracts
Review and draft easements
Conduct closings for all transactions types
Review the disbursement and recording post-closing
Qualification
Required
Licensed to practice law in South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia
Minimum of three years experience in residential real estate
Background in commercial real estate transactions
Bachelor's Degree
Juris Doctorate from an accredited Law School
South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia Bar License in Good Standing
Notary Public
Three years experience in reviewing title, drafting real estate documents, and experience conducting closings
Knowledge and experience with commercial real estate transactions
