This role is designed for a seasoned antitrust specialist to support complex mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures across industries.

Responsibilities
Lead and prepare HSR filings and related antitrust submissions
Advise clients on antitrust risks in connection with:
Mergers and acquisitions
Joint ventures
Strategic transactions
Collaborate with antitrust colleagues nationwide on transactional matters
Supervise and mentor associates as needed
Communicate directly with clients and provide strategic guidance
Coordinate with economists, consultants, and other experts on antitrust issues
Assist with fact development, regulatory inquiries, and depositions
Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda
Contribute to case strategy and regulatory planning
Support global merger control processes and filings as applicable
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
8+ years of direct, applicable antitrust experience, ideally from an Am Law 100 firm
Substantial experience preparing and managing HSR filings
Familiarity with global merger control regimes
Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with teams
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Government antitrust experience is preferred but not required
