Special Projects Coordinator (Business Operations)
GrowthWise Search Partners is a construction company seeking a Special Projects Coordinator to work directly under the Chief Operating Officer. The role involves supporting special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, assisting in financial reporting, and managing building facility projects.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the COO to execute special projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and effectiveness
Assist in financial reporting activities, including gathering data, analyzing financial statements, and preparing reports for management review
Manage the coordination and execution of building facility projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
Conduct thorough reviews of contracts and insurance policies, identifying potential risks and opportunities for improvement
Support the COO in various administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations and reports
Qualification
Required
You thrive in a fast pace and possess the ability to keep up with changing priorities
You are excited to learn and challenge yourself with new opportunities (including operations metrics and complex transactions)
You are resourceful – if you don't know the answer, you will go find it!
You have a high attention to detail and enjoy detailed work
You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Preferred
Prior experience in an Executive Administrative role, Operations Coordinator role, or Accounting roles
Bachelor's degree in business or related
