They are looking to hire an Aircraft Assembly Mechanic who will be responsible for reading work orders, reworking connectors, and performing electrical tests to ensure functionality of wire harnesses.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly
Rework connectors, back shells, wire terminations, splices, split rings, lugs, and any other components built into a wire harness
Wrap and tie wires securely
Route wires according to specified instructions
Change routing and breakouts as required
Perform electrical tests to ensure functionality
Complete associated paperwork accurately and efficiently
Qualification
Required
2+ years of aircraft assembly/manufacturing experience
Familiarity with aircraft components
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Ability to read work orders, diagrams, form boards, and wire lists effectively
Experience in reworking connectors, wire terminations, and related components
