Payroll Business Systems Analyst - Workday
Identified Talent Solutions is a national healthcare support organization seeking a Payroll Business Systems Specialist to serve as the in-house expert for Workday Payroll. This role focuses on ensuring system accuracy, payroll data integrity, reporting, audits, and process optimization across a large, multi-state workforce.

Responsibilities
Act as the Workday Payroll SME, ensuring accuracy, system integrity, and data security
Configure, test, and troubleshoot Payroll and Time Tracking modules; resolve interface issues with vendors
Build and maintain payroll reports, dashboards, audits, and compliance outputs
Conduct regular payroll data audits, support quarterly tax and W-2 accuracy, and respond to compliance/audit requests
Review time entry, deductions, retro adjustments, and load EIB files to support accurate payroll cycles
Assist with GL reconciliations and ensure timely payments for benefits, deductions, and garnishments
Lead or support payroll process improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects
Train payroll staff and managers on Workday processes, codes, and reporting best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, HR, Business, or related)
3+ years of payroll systems support or payroll processing experience
Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Workday Payroll experience strongly preferred
Experience with ADP or DailyPay is a plus
