Responsibilities
The goal is for you to have a general understanding of IT Support Specialist roles to help build on your skills and experiences/ The program is designed for members to move through the different stages of IT
The intern is responsible for learning a variety of IT maintenance and support tasks across the department
These responsibilities encompass working within networking, service desk, cybersecurity, and enterprise software teams
The role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, security, and efficiency of IT services and infrastructure, contributing significantly to the departments overall mission readiness and operational effectiveness
