Responsibilities
Managing client relationships
Coordinating and managing crew maintenance schedules
Ensuring high-quality service delivery
Serving as the primary point of contact for customers
Addressing inquiries and providing solutions
Visiting client properties to understand preferences
Making proactive recommendations for properties
Providing complete, year-round care to clients
Growing the portfolio
Preparing and proposing enhancement work to existing clients
Presenting other services to clients from all divisions
Maintaining proactive communication with clients
Qualification
Required
Experience in landscaping customer success management
Experience managing and delivering exceptional service through landscape crews
Excellent communication, customer service, and client relationship management abilities
Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on supervising, developing, and motivating teams
Strong organizational and independent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of landscaping practices, tools, and safety standards
Proficiency with software for project management and administrative tasks
Strong knowledge of horticulture, IPM, and industry best practices
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
