Responsibilities
Handle matters across all phases of bankruptcy and restructuring cases
Draft pleadings, motions, and bankruptcy court filings
Assist with Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and out-of-court restructurings
Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
Participate in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and financial professionals
Collaborate with a team-oriented bankruptcy practice
Qualification
Required
2+ years of bankruptcy or restructuring experience
Familiarity with Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction
Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
