Confidential is a rapidly scaling, multi-location platform operating premium indoor sports and fitness facilities across the U.S. They are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency, develop marketing strategies, and support digital advertising efforts while collaborating with various teams to enhance the brand's visibility and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including communications, corporate marketing, and customer-facing materials
Act as a steward of the brand, protecting and evolving its visual and messaging standards
Assist in campaign ideation and execution to support brand initiatives for international, national, regional, and local promotions
Develop and maintain promotional calendars and provide ready-to-execute campaigns that can be localized by location
Monitor trends and performance across locations to inform future campaign development
Partner with in-house designers and content creators to help shape and execute creative strategy that maintains and elevates the brand identity
Collaborate on the development of high-quality graphic designs across channels, including social media graphics, TV signage, training materials, email templates, digital marketing assets, in-club branding, apparel, and more
Support the ongoing buildout, organization, and management of our Digital Asset Manager (DAM)
Collaborate with internal departments to build out digital training modules within out Learning Management System (LMS)
Ensure the training program aligns with brand standards and supports franchisees in effectively utilizing provided assets and tools
Assist with the development and execution of Meta and Google Ads campaigns. This includes writing ad copy and creating the ad artwork itself through programs such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
Build and manage email automations, customer journeys, and segmented campaigns within our CRM
Design and structure email campaigns with a template-first approach that can be pushed across all locations and scaled consistently as the brand grows domestically and internationally
Assist in the creation of email content and promotions that align with national and local initiatives
Serve as a key touchpoint between our CRM partner, managing vendor communication, timelines, and deliverables related to automations and email execution
Assist with basic front-end website updates to ensure accurate and engaging content
Collaborate with in-house designers to apply UX/UI best practices to enhance the digital experience and work effectively with 3rd party web development teams
Ability to create, build, and scale layouts and designs is critical
Assist with the creation and distribution of press releases, media materials, and external communications in partnership with internal teams and vendors
Support other departments during onboarding by helping establish social media pages, sharing platform access, creating marketing logins, and ensuring proper account setup
Act as a marketing liaison and resource for each location's general managers, and club marketing staff
Train and present marketing platforms, strategies and best practices to owners and general managers, in a professional, confident, and level-headed manner, both virtually and in-person
Collect feedback and refine marketing tools and processes accordingly
Partner with the Head of Marketing and other team members to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns
Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
Stay informed about industry trends and creative best practices to continuously improve

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
4+ years of experience in a marketing, creative, or brand management role
Multi-location, franchise, or fitness/sports environment experience is a plus
Experience with CRM/email platforms – creating emails, automations, workflows, and customer segments
High-level experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools, such as Figma
Ability to present to groups and train others effectively
Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Preferred

Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads preferred
Experience supporting cross-functional teams a plus
Basic knowledge of SEO, website management, and UX/UI principles
