Responsibilities
Create and execute test plans for EDI application development, enhancements, and bug fixes for both UI and executable programs
Report issues found during testing
Ensure that software adheres to company standards
Work with the business, users, and other stakeholders to identify test cases
Work with application developers to fix problems discovered during testing
Document test results and respond to questions from business and IT team members
Conduct regression testing for monthly releases
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or advanced college degree
Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman, Katalon, Insomnia, ReadyAPI, SOAPUI
Experience with Microsoft Office
Detail oriented and logical thinker with strong analytical skills
Experience working on a project team
Experience working with SQL databases to query data
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred
Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement
Experience working in a Test Management Tool (JIRA, ADO)
Experience in creating test plans and strategies
Experience with test automation
Experience using Agile SDLC
