Drive production schedules and keep jobs on track every day
Document everything cleanly in our job management tools
Qualification
Required
Direct and decisive personality
Ability to run tight residential projects
Experience in managing residential interior and exterior painting projects
Strong communication skills with homeowners
Ability to enforce standards and hold subcontractor crews accountable
Experience performing walk-throughs, punch lists, and approvals
Ability to drive production schedules and keep jobs on track
Proficiency in documenting tasks in job management tools
