Responsibilities
Support assessment, design, and rollout of enterprise solutions that improve automation, workflow optimization, and content supply chain efficiency
Help translate strategic direction into structured frameworks, process maps, governance models, and clear implementation guidance
Develop and maintain solution documentation including RACI/DACI models, SOPs, process flows, governance artifacts, and enablement materials
Identify operational risks, gaps, and dependencies; provide recommendations to drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance
Facilitate communication and alignment across key IMO partners and other cross functional stakeholders
Support change-management by contributing to playbooks, training materials, and adoption plans
Help redefine solutions through continuous feedback, performance insights, and operational learnings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and experience in digital marketing or marketing operations
Experience delivering strategic solutions project management support for digital transformation and/or marketing operations specific to the Pharma industry
Ability to structure complexity into clear frameworks, documentation, and action plans
Background supporting workflows/solutions in regulated environments (Medical/Legal/Regulatory asset review & routing)
Familiarity with automation, AI-enabled workflows, and MarTech (Marketing Technology) platforms strongly desired
Knowledge of governance frameworks, workflows, and process mapping
Ability to translate operational signals and data into actionable insights
Ability to work in a hybrid model that requires an onsite presence for workshops and key meetings as needed in our client's Morris County, NJ office
