This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities
Manage the General Ledger: Record, reconcile, and maintain accurate financial records across multiple sites
Lead Month-End Close: Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations to ensure timely and accurate financial statements
Optimize Cost Structures : Partner with supervisor to seamlessly integrate annual labor and burden rates
Ensure Compliance: Uphold GAAP standards, maintain internal controls, and support audit readiness
Analyze Variances: Review accounts and transactions to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
Support Multiple Sites: Partner with finance and operations teams at other locations to ensure accurate reporting and understanding of financial performance
Leverage ERP Systems: Use Epicor, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to streamline reporting and financial processes
Year-End & Audit Support: Assist with year-end close, audit preparation, and regulatory reporting as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
7–10 years' experience in general ledger accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Strong GAAP knowledge and experience with internal controls and reconciliations
Proficiency in ERP systems
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to problem-solve
Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with multiple sites
