Responsibilities
Perform high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs, including diagnostics, inspections, brake and tire work, engine repairs, and more
Diagnose and address technical issues using Mercedes-Benz guidelines and equipment
Communicate directly with the Service Advisor for accurate repair time estimates and to keep customers informed
Adhere to manufacturer and dealership repair standards and policies
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
Continually update skills by attending workshops, certifications, and training provided by Mercedes-Benz
Qualification
Required
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Willingness to learn and keep up with changing automotive technology
Preferred
Previous automotive technician experience is preferred; Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand experience is a plus
ASE certifications (or equivalent) are preferred
