Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in CRM and database systems following established templates and SOPs

Validate and cleanse incoming data sets—identify discrepancies, research issues, and apply corrective updates to ensure data integrity

Process digital forms, invoices, and member records using OCR tools and manual verification to ensure 99%+ accuracy rates

Export, format, and generate routine data extracts and basic reports for program and compliance teams

Collaborate with program coordinators and administrators to streamline data workflows and document data-entry procedures

Protect confidential information by following data privacy policies and secure data-handling practices for remote work

Familiarity with cloud storage and collaboration tools (Google Drive, OneDrive)

Basic knowledge of data privacy best practices (FERPA/GDPR awareness)
