Assist staff and senior accountants with their daily responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of the quarterly financial statements submitted to Berkshire Hathaway
Contribute to department projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelors and/or Masters Degree in Accounting
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, proficient in Excel
Verbal, writing, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a team-based, continuous improvement environment
Align and operate within the Company's core ethics and values
