Define system architecture for complaints handling workflows, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance
Design microservices and APIs for complaint intake, tracking, and resolution
Build and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) for backend and React/Angular for frontend
Implement secure authentication and authorization (e.g., Okta, OAuth2)
Work closely with product managers, QA, and compliance teams to align architecture with business goals
Mentor development teams on best practices and coding standards
