Task Force - Director of Sales
Avion Hospitality is a rapidly growing hotel management company focused on Trust, Transparency, and Results. The Task Force Director of Sales will lead sales efforts for hotels needing temporary coverage, developing strategies to drive occupancy and revenue while providing training and support to sales teams.

Responsibilities
Serve as the lead seller and sales strategist during leadership vacancies or performance slumps
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive occupancy, ADR, and group bookings
Conduct proactive sales calls and property tours to grow market share
Reinforce brand standards, Avion sales processes, and team accountability
Provide sales training and development to property-based sales teams
Interface directly with hotel ownership to present results and strategies
Qualification
Required
Experienced Director of Sales or DOSM in select or full-service environments
Proven track record of business development, account management, and team leadership
Hilton, Marriott, or Hyatt experience required
Demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility
4+ years in a Director of Sales or DOSM role, preferably across multiple segments
Experience working with Marriott Sales Office (MSO), Hilton Lanyon, or Hyatt LDR systems
Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
Ability to drive measurable revenue improvement within 30–60 days
Must be willing and able to travel extensively (up to 100%)
