Responsibilities

Lead and optimize manufacturing, customer service, and logistics operations to deliver best-in-class performance
Develop and execute supply chain strategies that support business growth, innovation, and cost efficiency
Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless end-to-end supply chain execution
Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement, digital transformation, and sustainability
Build and mentor high-performing teams, nurturing talent and succession pipelines

Required

Passion for innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
