Responsibilities
Oversee all production across multiple factories
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
Ensure that all necessary permits, licenses, and other paperwork is obtained in a timely manner
Collaborate with the creative teams to ensure that the production meets their vision
Create and maintain production schedules to ensure all factories are on track for an on-time delivery
Monitor production quality and ensure that all requirements are met
Resolve any production-related issues in a timely and professional manner – collaborate with sales and design teams when necessary
Negotiate with factories to hit better pricing, works with manager of sourcing to cross-source items and secure best prices
Required to travel to new factories (Bangladesh, Madagascar, Pakistan, India)

5+ years of experience in production management
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects efficiently
