Responsibilities

Build our growth reporting system so decisions are clear and fast
Grow lead volume and lead quality while building brand trust across local, paid, partnerships, content, and community visibility — including representing Maid Brigade at select networking and marketing opportunities (think local business groups, sponsorships, community events)
Own customer communication marketing (past + current customers): email/content distribution, reputation signals (reviews/GBP), and campaigns that support repeat service, referrals, and win-backs

Required

Experience: You've owned marketing outcomes before — not just supported them — or you're ready to take on full ownership now
You've led campaigns end-to-end, worked with vendors/agencies, and can talk comfortably about results (leads, conversion, CAC and ROI) — including what you changed when something didn't work
You'll be leading and directing — not personally producing everything — but you will roll up your sleeves and produce some
You'll help shape messaging, launch campaigns, and direct our social/content system (agency-supported)
You'll also create some content in-house and jump in where it matters
You won't be doing this alone. We already work with outside partners and have internal support
Your job is to set direction, manage partners, prioritize what matters most each quarter, and make the whole system perform together
Early on, we'll make key decisions together. Your ownership and autonomy will expand quickly as you ramp up
You'll have room to build. We're not looking for someone to 'keep the trains running'—we want someone to improve the tracks
We'll focus on the few things that move the needle most each quarter — not try to do everything at once, or keep people busy just to feel busy

This role is measured on outcomes. We're aiming for 25%+ business growth in 2026, and marketing has a clear scoreboard
Lead volume (growth) Increase lead volume from ~50/week to 70+/week (sustained, not a one-week spike)
Lead quality (guardrails) We will not buy growth by lowering standards
Quote rate stays at or above 80%, Booking rate stays at or above 23%
If leads go up but quote rate or booking rate drops, that's not a win — it's a signal we're attracting the wrong leads (or the funnel needs fixing). You'll own diagnosing what's happening and correcting it
A weekly Growth Scoreboard that shows leads → quotes → bookings by channel, plus what changed and what we're doing next
A monthly review that documents results, test learnings, and clear decisions (scale / pause / pivot) tied to the 25%+ growth plan

Benefits

Performance-based bonus tied to achieving our annual growth goals
If we achieve 25% growth, the bonus is 1.5% of the revenue increase.
If we achieve 35% + growth, the bonus is 2% of the revenue increase.
The bonus is designed to be meaningful — in the $10,000–$25,000 range.
