Draft and assist with discovery motions and meet-and-confer correspondence
Prepare motions in limine, trial briefs, and related litigation filings
Assist with summary judgment motions and oppositions
Support attorneys with trial preparation and courtroom readiness
Qualification
Preferred
Current 2L or 3L law student OR recent law school graduate
Strong interest in personal injury litigation and trial work
Excellent legal research, writing, and organizational skills
