Responsibilities

Answer high volumes of inbound calls from patients, providers, and referral sources
Coordinate new patient referrals and intake processes across multiple locations
Register patient accounts and verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Schedule initial appointments and procedures using EHR and PMS systems
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
Resolve routine and non-routine issues related to patient intake
